If your item is not as advertised, please send us a messages for a quick and satisfactory resolution.

Return is accepted for most items. However, below returning rules have to be applied:
1. Item must be in the original condition as shipped with original packing (not worn or damaged or altered in any way) or refund will not be made.
2. Send us a messages to inform us you are to enter return procedure in 2 days after you receive the item. Post the item back to us in 3 days after you receive the item.
You will get the refund in 2 days after we received returned item(s).
3. Refund will not include the shipping costs.
4. If a negative feedback is posted before an attempt to resolve the problem, a return will no longer be accepted.
